1964 Ford Thunderbird
The first year of the fourth generation Thunderbird, Ford’s popular personal luxury car featured similar design cues with the previous generation and was powered by the tried-and-true 390 cu in (6.4L) FE V8. This engine put out 300 hp from the factory and was mated to the 3-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. Unique to 1964 was the use of chrome script spelling “Thunderbird” on the leading edge of the hood in place of the typical Thunderbird emblem. Sales were excellent with over 92.000 produced. Inside this particular example you will find the original black vinyl interior in very good condition. Outside the car wears the correct Sunlight Yellow paint.
